Finnish Act on the Participation of Civilian Personnel in Crisis Management

The Act on the Participation of Civilian Personnel in Crisis Management (unofficial English translation) has been adopted in 2004 and amended in 2022. It presents various aspects of Finland's participation in international crisis management.

It elaborates on 1) the participation of civilian personnel in crisis management abroad; 2) national capabilities required by participation in crisis management and their maintenance and development; 3) the rights and obligations of the civilian personnel participating in crisis management abroad; and 4) the Crisis Management Centre (CMC Finland).
