Agreement on Overseas Contracts and Guidelines on Employment Conditions in Service Abroad (URA)

This is Sweden's agreement on overseas contracts and guidelines on employment conditions in service abroad. All Swedish seconding authorities apply this agreement for seconding staff to civilian CSDP missions (as well as other overseas operations).

The agreement covers a wide variety of topics from overseas contracts, to general conditions of employment (salary, working hours, holidays, sick pay, pensions, insurance), to termination of overseas contracts, to period of validity.
