Welcome to the CoE

Civilian crisis management is needed more than ever. It forms a vital component of the EU’s Common Security and Defence Policy, spanning the entire conflict cycle — from prevention to reconstruction. Together with its members and partners, the CoE can help build stronger civilian capabilities and better preparedness for the future, contributing to the objectives of the EU’s Common Foreign and Security Policy".
