German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas cuts the Ribbon at the CoE

The European Centre of Excellence for Civilian Crisis Management was opened by German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas on 15 September 2020, ahead of the official opening ceremony on 17 September 2020. Minister Maas visited the CoE premises, cut the Ribbon, officially inaugurating our office, and met and greeted the team. 

The CoE was established in February 2020 as a German iniative in the framework of Germany's commitment to the implementation of the Civilian CSDP Compact

The CoE is an international non-profit association based in Berlin comprising of 18 European Union Member States.
