Knowledge Management Toolkit for the Crisis Prevention and Recovery Practice Area

This toolkit focusses on the day-to-day integration of Knowledge Management practices in crisis contexts. It aims at encouraging strategic planning and the creation of knowledge products that are clear, coherent and address identified knowledge gaps.

Despite being specifically designed for the Crisis Prevention and Recovery (CPR) area within the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), it can be used as a source of inspiration for developing tools adapted to your area of work. A theoretical introduction is followed by concrete methodologies (“How to write a CPR Lessons Learned Paper”, “How to undertake a Peer review” etc.) and templates. On page vii you find a diagram to orientate yourself in the toolkit.
