Tess is an Administration Assistant at the CoE. She has around 25 years’ experience in engineering consultancy in the coordination, management and implementation of International Financial Institution (IFI) and donor-financed infrastructure development projects. While working for the international consulting division of a German multi-utility company, she was deployed to countries as diverse as Afghanistan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Lebanon, Libya, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.  

Prior to joining the CoE, Tess worked for 7 years in business development, supporting the preparation of bids for IFI-financed projects in the Caucasus and Central Asia.  

Tess holds a bachelor’s degree in Modern Languages from Coventry Polytechnic. A native speaker of English, she also speaks fluent German, has a good command of Polish, a working knowledge of French and Russian as well as basic Italian.
