Katrin is the Head of the Director`s Office at CoE. She is a psychologist, systemic organisational developer and coach and has extensive experience in facilitating processes of change in contexts of conflict and crisis. She lived and worked in Sub-Saharan Africa, the MENA-region, South-East and South Asia and Europe. Katrin is married and has two sons.
