Joshua is a Junior Policy Officer for Knowledge Management at the CoE. He completed his Bachelor’s in Social Work in 2018 and after moving to Berlin in 2021 obtained a Master of Public Policy from the Hertie School.  

Joshua previously worked as a paralegal in a migration law firm in the northeastern United States, where he served clients of varied nationalities in humanitarian and family-based immigration proceedings. He speaks English and Spanish.
