Jannis is a Political Assistant at the CoE, primarily collaborating with the Head of Sector / Strategic Coordinator for Internal Process and Project Management. Prior to this, he worked with non-profit organisations on environmental affairs, the climate-security nexus, and development cooperation within both the European and international context.

Jannis holds a Master's degree in International Relations from the University of Bologna, specialising in Innovation, Forecasting and Change. Jannis speaks fluent German and English and is conversational in French.
