Hildegard is Senior Advisor from the Netherlands at the CoE. As an Executive Senior Police Officer, she worked on various national and international strategic management and strategic policy advisory positions.

Hildegard worked most recently in the EU CSDP Mission in Ukraine and in an EU project in Serbia.
