Antti is a Senior Advisor from Sweden, seconded by the Swedish Police Authority. He has extensive experience in Learning and Development, both nationally and within the EU.

Since 2009, Antti has been working for the Swedish Police Authority designing learning and training programs. He is also a member of the Frontex External Expert pool of trainers in Course Design and Train the Trainer courses since 2016.

During his CSDP mission with EUPOL COPPS in Palestine, Antti worked as a training advisor for the internal training structures of the Palestinian Civil Police. He focused on organizational development and served as one of the mission's gender focal points. Additionally, he was the Contingent Leader for the Swedish colleagues in the mission. 

Antti has a Master's Degree in Social Anthropology, with additional studies in Intercultural Communication, International Relations, Peace and Conflict Studies, and Pedagogical Design. He is fluent in Swedish, English, and Finnish, and is learning German while working at the CoE.
