The CoE is looking for a Head of Director's Office (f/m/div) in full-time. The position is foreseen to be filled as soon as possible and is initially limited to two years with the possibility of extension by mutual agreement. 

The advertised position is responsible for coordination of the CoE’s organisational and strategic planning, acting as a representative for the Director, addressing and balancing competing demands and workloads, overseeing member and stakeholder relations, with line-management responsibility for the Personal Assistant to the Director (contracted staff position).
