Human Resources Report 2019

This is the annual Human Resources Report of the European External Action Service (EEAS) for the year 2019. It provides an overview of the main administrative and policy developments as regards human resources as well as detailed statistics on the EEAS staff distribution by different categories.

The report describes the EEAS's Human Resource policy goals and takes stock of achievements. Various aspects of Human Resource policies are treated, such as attracting new talents, working conditions for local agents, and secure communications. Finally, the report provides an extensive statistical analysis of EEAS's staff repartition per contract category, age, gender and nationality.
