Susan Flynn

Junior Policy Officer for Knowledge Management

Susan is a Junior Policy Officer for Knowledge Management at the CoE. Prior to the CoE, Susan worked as a lawyer and coordinated the pro bono practice in the Melbourne office of Clayton Utz in Australia. Her practice included employment law, discrimination and sexual harassment, areas of law affecting those experiencing homelessness, working with victims of crime and advising non-profits. She also coordinated knowledge processes and trained lawyers to develop their skill set in support of the community sector.

Susan holds a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of International Studies with a focus on Development Studies from the University of New South Wales. During her dual degree, she studied for a year at the Institut d’études politiques de Paris (Sciences Po). She is currently undertaking a Master of Public Policy at the Hertie School of Governance in the concentration area of Management and Organisation. Susan is a native English speaker and also speaks conversational French and some German.
