Sara is a Political Assistant at the CoE, supporting the Political Content and Focus Management of the organisation. Previously, she worked in different think tanks as a research assistant on topics related to the European Union external action, specifically EU Development Policy. She has been part of the editorial staff of a local newspaper and contributed to an online blog on European affairs.

Sara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, International Relations and Human Rights from the University of Padova and a Double Research Master’s degree in European Studies from the University of Maastricht and the University of Cologne. She speaks Italian, English, has a good command of German and a basic knowledge of Russian.
