Niamh is the Junior Policy Officer for Public Relations at the CoE. Prior to joining the CoE she worked for organisations including Save the Children, UNU-CPR, and the Global Partnership for Education in a range of advocacy, communications, and policy research roles.

Niamh holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Geography from the University of Leeds and a Master's degree in International Relations from the Central European University, specialising in critical security studies. She has lived and worked abroad in the US and Austria.
