Dinara is the Policy Officer for Public Relations at the CoE. Prior to joining the CoE, she worked for organizations including the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations in a range of communications roles. Before that, she worked as a financial journalist for seven years.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Al Farabi Kazakh National University and a Master’s in Financial Journalism from City, University of London. She speaks English, Kazakh and Russian and has basic knowledge of German.
