Anthony is a Political Assistant at the CoE, where he supports political analysis and policy-oriented work related to European civilian crisis management. He previously worked in development aid, public sector consulting, and diplomacy, including at the German Permanent Representation to the European Union.

Anthony holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Mannheim and a Master’s degree in International Relations with a focus on the European Union from Leiden University. He speaks fluent German, French, English, and Arabic.
