Aishwarya Tripathi

Social Media and Communications Assistant

Aishwarya Tripathi is the Social Media and Communications Assistant at the CoE. She is responsible for content creation and monitoring of various CoE social media channels such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube as well as the CoE website. She further supports the CoE through research tasks in the realm of EU Foreign and Security Policy, and handles communications in the form of newsletters, design tasks as well as events support. Her work involves bringing the integral work of the CoE in supporting CSDP civilian crisis management to the public eye.

Prior to joining the CoE in Berlin, Aishwarya lived and worked internationally in three continents, with experience from India, United States, Nepal and Germany. She most recently supported a conflict prevention and peacebuilding project as a researcher at UNDP and is an active human rights advocate through her non-profit work at mental health NGOs. She launched one of the first podcasts focused on mental health in South Asia during the COVID-19 pandemic (#BreakingTheMyth).

Aishwarya holds a Bachelor┬┤s in Psychology and German from Furman University, South Carolina and is currently pursuing her Masters in International Affairs at the Hertie School. She speaks English, German, Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi.
